Sample Meals for a day
6am Coffee and Ezekel toast
9am Eggs (no more toast)
12pm Salad
3pm Lunch meat (no bread) and cottage cheese
6pm Protein Shake
Notes: Ezekel toast is a high quality carb. Salad is high quality carbs tempered with proteins from cheese and nuts.
