There are a couple things to be clear about here:
1) Low Fat doesn't mean it's healthy! Most Low Fat foods are HIGH SUGAR. Sugar is what's making us fat and diabetic!
2) Not all fats are bad. Saturated and Trans fats are bad -avoid them!
3) Packaged foods are BAD -don't each them. Eat real foods! Stay on the outside aisles of the grocery store. If it's packaged it has danger preservatives to preserve it's shelf life.
